Founder / Partner

Tamara founded Stirling in 2013 after returning from the UK. Stirling grew throughout South Africa, and into the Emirates, specialising in Financial and Executive Placements. Tamara is passionate about people and offering a 'Human' approach to the recruitment experience.

Evie Masson

Partner / HR Manager

Evie holds a Business degree, specialising in HR and has been a partner in 2 Recruitment companies. She is a 'people's person' and enjoys helping candidates find their dream job.

She manages the JHB and CT teams.

Maxine Rampiar

Recruitment Manager

Maxine joined the Stirling team in 2018 and heads up the Durban based consultants. She is passionate about the Logistics and Insurance industry. Maxine is excellent at finding the right person for your needs.
